In Search of Goldoni invites you to share a day in Venice with Saikat as he eats gelato, haggles with Gondoliers and swims in a canal of despair and grief. It’s been a year since Dad died and to be honest he’s not doing so well. Still there’s nothing like Islamic Angels of Death brought to life through Commedia dell’arte, the spirit of Carlo Goldoni waiting around every corner and Venice with its’ decaying beauty to cleanse the soul. Come along, it should be a laugh, a little bit zany, a little bit Zanni, a little bit Mask, a little bit Mosque.
